Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, Care Credit, and personal checks.
“Care Credit” financing is easily attained and can be used as a line of credit for aesthetic treatments. Their website, www.carecredit.com, is very informative and quick and can calculate payments for you. They offer 0% interest for up to 12 months.
Cancellation Policy
Any appointment that is canceled less than 48 hours or is missed without notice will be charged half of the price of the scheduled procedure. Botox/Filler appointments will be charged a flat fee of $100. (Exception: Covid-related illness does not incur a fee.)
We understand that things may come up and it’s necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. To ensure we are providing the best possible service to all of our patients, we ask that you arrive to your scheduled appointment on time, and if you need to cancel or reschedule you do so with at least a 48-hour notice. When an appointment is canceled in less than 48 hours or is missed completely, we are unable to offer that spot to another patient.
