NOW INTRODUCING- MASSAGES

TUESDAY AFTERNOONS

All massages are 60 minutes- Starting at $75.

Relaxation Massage

Is a gentle Swedish Massage that uses smooth gliding stokes to help you relax without focusing on easing any muscle soreness or tension.

Deep tissue massage

A variety of medium to deep pressure techniques, including Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release are used to release knots or restrictions in your muscles and other soft tissue.

Reflexology

Through acupressure on reflex zones in the hands and feet, your therapist will work on your entire body. A reflexology session brings a sense of rejuvenation while fully relaxing your hands and feet.

Full Body Stretch Myofascial

This passive stretching uses your muscles in a relaxation state allowing for increased range of motion. Therapeutic stretching not only loosens muscles, but is a terrific method for conditioning vertebrae, ligaments, and joints. The session ends with a brief relaxing massage.

Hot Stone Therapy

A unique and powerful experience that combines a full body massage with various sizes of heated stones placed on and around the body. This is beneficial for opening and relaxing tissue that is congested and tight.

Prenatal Massage

This important service for moms-to-be can promote relaxation. The therapy will alleviate pain in the lower back and shoulders, minimize swelling of the feet and legs, reduce hip pain & leg cramping, and relieve anxiety. Please discuss with your physician whether massage therapy is right for you.

Lymph Drainage Massage

Assists with the physical, mental and emotional components of breast health and recovery. If you have had a lumpectomy, mastectomy, breast implants, radiation of the upper body, or are experiencing lymphatic drainage problems, lymph massage could help.
