Payment Options
Primary Care: We work with most major insurance plans. Co-pays are due at the time of your appointment. Any charges not fully covered by your insurance will be billed to you after insurance processing is complete. We currently accept the following providers:
Cosmetic Procedures: For cosmetic procedures, payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, Care Credit and personal checks.
For your added assistance, we offer interest free “Care Credit” financing. It is easily attained and can be used for any type of health care as a line of credit. Their website, www.carecredit.com , is very informative and can calculate payments for you. They are at 0% interest for up to 18 months. Please ask our office manger, Pam Kerr, for details.
