LATISSE™ solution is the new lash growing gel from Allergan, the maker of Botox and Juvederm. It is the first and only prescription treatment approved by the FDA for Hypotrichosis, a condition of having inadequate or not enough eyelashes.
LATISSE™ is a once-a-day treatment you apply yourself each evening to the base of the upper eyelashes. You will see results starting at 8 weeks with full results at 12 to 16 weeks. The growth is gradual overnight, over time. Patients are pleased to have beautifully long, darker lashes without the need for mascara.
